- 500 g minced lamb
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine minced lamb, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them onto skewers.
