- 500 g Red bell peppers chopped
- 100 g Garlic peeled
- 100 g Hot chili peppers chopped
- 50 g Walnuts crushed
- 15 g Salt
- 30 ml Red wine vinegar
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
