Main Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts drained
- 1 can white beans drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a blender, combine the artichoke hearts, white beans, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. 
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly. 
- Serve warm with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
