Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 can white beans drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the artichoke hearts, white beans, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
