Main Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts drained
- 1 can white beans drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a blender, combine the artichoke hearts, white beans, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve warm with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
