Arugula Salad with Halloumi & Figs
A fresh and tasty salad combining peppery arugula, salty halloumi, and sweet figs.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups arugula
- 200 g halloumi cheese sliced
- 6 fresh figs quartered
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the halloumi slices and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
In a large bowl, combine arugula and figs.
Add the cooked halloumi.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
