Arugula Salad with Pomegranate & Walnuts

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Arugula washed and dried
- 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
- 0.5 cup Walnuts chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the arugula, pomegranate seeds, and chopped walnuts. 
- 2. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. 
- 3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. 
- 4. Toss gently to combine all ingredients. 
- 5. Serve immediately.
