  • 1 whole Beef Tongue
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the beef tongue in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours.
  2. 2. Remove the tongue from the pot and let it cool. Peel off the skin and slice the meat thinly.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.
  4. 4. Place the sliced tongue in the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour before serving.
