  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions

  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the diced beetroots to the bowl and mix well.
