Braised Fennel with Lemon

Main Ingredients
- 2 bulbs Fennel trimmed and quartered
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add fennel quarters to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cover the skillet and reduce heat to low. Simmer until fennel is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
5. Serve warm, garnished with additional lemon zest if desired.
