Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 0.5 cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup Feta cheese crumbled
- 0.25 cup Kalamata olives pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
