Caramelized Onion Dip (Less traditional)

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 large Onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 25-30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Once onions are caramelized, let them cool slightly, then mix into the sour cream mixture.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
