Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Carrots, grated
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds, toasted
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Grate the carrots and place them in a mixing bowl.
Toast the cumin seeds in a dry pan until fragrant.
Add the toasted cumin seeds, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the carrots.
Toss everything together until well combined.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
