Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Carrots medium-sized, peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the grated carrots and sauté until they are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let the carrots cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled carrots, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
