Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw cashews soaked in water for 2 hours
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Water as needed to adjust consistency

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine cashews, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. 5. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or use as a spread.
