Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. If you prefer blanched cauliflower, bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. 3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the tahini dressing.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
