Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pita Bread
- 200 grams Cheese (Akkawi or Mozzarella) shredded
- 1 bunch Fresh Mint chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, chopped mint, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. 
- 3. Cut each pita bread in half to create pockets. 
- 4. Stuff each pita pocket with the cheese mixture. 
- 5. Grill the stuffed pitas for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy. 
- 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
