Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Instant yeast
  • ¾ cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Filling

  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried mint

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, and dried mint.
  6. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a circle.
  7. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  8. Place the fatayer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
