Ingredients

  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  3. 3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer.
  4. 4. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
