- 500 g Ground chicken
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer.
4. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
