Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Livers cleaned and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the chicken livers to the pan and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the pomegranate molasses and stir to coat the livers evenly.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
