Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Livers cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the chicken livers to the pan and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the pomegranate molasses and stir to coat the livers evenly.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve hot with your choice of sides.
