Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chickpeas
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ cup Olive oil, for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas until smooth.
2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, flour, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into small patties.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
