  • 4 pieces Pita bread
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut each pita bread into 8 triangles.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss pita triangles with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and sumac until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the pita triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let cool before serving.
