- 2 large cucumbers sliced thinly lengthwise
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
1. Use a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumbers into thin strips.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, fresh dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper.
3. Place a small amount of the feta mixture at one end of each cucumber strip and roll up.
4. Secure with a toothpick if necessary and serve immediately.
