- 2 pieces Cucumber finely chopped
- 3 pieces Tomato finely chopped
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
1. Finely chop the cucumbers and tomatoes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cucumbers and tomatoes.
3. Add salt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
