This is a traditional Greek olive bread, perfect for any meal or as a snack.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g All-purpose flour
- 10 g Salt
- 7 g Dry yeast
- 300 ml Warm water
- 100 g Pitted black olives, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Fold in the chopped olives until evenly distributed.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before slicing and serving.
