Main Ingredients
- 4 pcs Tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 pcs Green Bell Pepper finely chopped
- 1 pcs Red Bell Pepper finely chopped
- 1 pcs Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 bunch Parsley finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes to taste
- 1. Finely chop the tomatoes, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, and parsley. Mince the garlic. 
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables and garlic. 
- 3. Add olive oil, pomegranate molasses, salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix well. 
- 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or chill for later.
