  • 2 oranges peeled and segmented
  • ½ cup black olives pitted and halved
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced fennel, orange segments, and halved olives.
