Foul Mudammas (Mashed)

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Fava beans cooked
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
1. In a pot, heat the fava beans over medium heat until warm.
2. Add minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
3. Mash the beans with a masher until you reach the desired consistency.
4. Stir in lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
