Fresh Herb Salad
A light and refreshing salad made with a mix of fresh herbs.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh parsley chopped
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 cup Fresh mint chopped
- 1 cup Fresh dill chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
- 1. Wash and dry all the herbs using a salad spinner. 
- 2. Chop the parsley, cilantro, mint, and dill. 
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped herbs. 
- 4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. 
- 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 
- 6. Toss everything together until well combined. 
- 7. Serve immediately.
