Fresh Herb Salad
A light and refreshing salad made with a mix of fresh herbs.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh parsley chopped
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 cup Fresh mint chopped
- 1 cup Fresh dill chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
1. Wash and dry all the herbs using a salad spinner.
2. Chop the parsley, cilantro, mint, and dill.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped herbs.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Toss everything together until well combined.
7. Serve immediately.
