  • 500 g Anchovies cleaned
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Dredge the anchovies in the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Fry the anchovies in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
