Fried Anchovies
Simple and delicious fried anchovies, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Anchovies cleaned
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
- 1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 
- 2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. 
- 3. Dredge the anchovies in the flour mixture. 
- 4. Fry the anchovies in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. 
- 5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
