  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  2. 2. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated.
  5. 5. Fry the battered cauliflower florets in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove the fried cauliflower from the oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
