  • 500 g mushrooms sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
  4. Stir in chopped parsley and cook for another minute.
  5. Serve hot.
