Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 500 g mushrooms sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
Stir in chopped parsley and cook for another minute.
Serve hot.
