  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until garlic is golden.
  3. 3. Add shrimp, cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Stir in lemon juice and parsley, season with salt to taste.
  5. 5. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
