Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- to taste Salt
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until garlic is golden.
3. Add shrimp, cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Stir in lemon juice and parsley, season with salt to taste.
5. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
