  • 1 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 small Red onion finely chopped
  • 1 bunch Parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Pomegranate molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped walnuts, pomegranate seeds, finely chopped red onion, and chopped parsley.
  2. 2. Drizzle the olive oil and pomegranate molasses over the salad.
  3. 3. Season with salt and sumac to taste. Toss everything together until well combined.
