Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Water Warm

Filling

  • 1 cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  3. Place a portion of feta cheese and spinach on one half of each dough circle. Fold the other half over and press the edges to seal.
  4. Heat a griddle over medium heat. Brush each Gözleme with olive oil and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Cut into small wedges and serve warm.
