  • 500 g Green beans trimmed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  2. 2. Drain the green beans and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again and pat dry.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Add the green beans to the bowl and toss to coat them in the dressing.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
