Green Olive Tapenade
A savory spread made from green olives, perfect for appetizers or sandwiches.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Green olives, pitted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Capers
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped.
Scrape down the sides and pulse again until the mixture is finely chopped but not pureed.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
