Green Olive Tapenade

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Green olives, pitted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Capers
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. 
- Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped. 
- Scrape down the sides and pulse again until the mixture is finely chopped but not pureed. 
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
