- 1 lb asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the asparagus on the grill, perpendicular to the grates, to prevent them from falling through.
4. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
