Grilled Calamari Tubes/Rings

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Calamari tubes/rings cleaned
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. 
- 3. Add the calamari tubes/rings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. 
- 4. Place the calamari on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and slightly charred. 
- 5. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
