Ingredients

  • 500 g Calamari tubes/rings cleaned
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the calamari tubes/rings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Place the calamari on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are opaque and slightly charred.
  5. 5. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
