Grilled Fish Skewers (Swordfish/Tuna cubes)

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Swordfish or Tuna, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- 2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. 
- 3. Thread the fish cubes onto skewers and brush with the olive oil mixture. 
- 4. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through. 
- 5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
