  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the halloumi slices with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Place the halloumi slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the cheese is golden brown.
  4. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
