Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Halloumi cheese sliced into ½ inch thick pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- Brush the halloumi slices with olive oil on both sides. 
- Place the halloumi slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the cheese is golden brown. 
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
