- 200 g Halloumi Cheese sliced
- 2 tablespoon Honey or Fig Jam
- 1. Preheat your grill pan over medium heat. 
- 2. Place the halloumi slices on the grill pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 
- 3. Drizzle with honey or spread fig jam over the grilled halloumi before serving.
