Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Lamb chops small cutlets
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. 
- Brush the lamb chops with the olive oil mixture on both sides. 
- Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. 
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare. 
- Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
