- 8 pieces Lamb chops small cutlets
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lamb chops with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
