  • 8 pieces Sardines cleaned and gutted
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the sardines with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the sardines on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the skin is crispy and the fish is cooked through.
  4. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
