- 8 pieces Sardines cleaned and gutted
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the sardines with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the sardines on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the skin is crispy and the fish is cooked through.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
