Main Ingredients
- 4 sheets Phyllo Dough
- 200 g Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 cup Parsley chopped
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Egg beaten
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and brush again.
Cut the layered phyllo into 4 strips. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of each strip and roll it up loosely to form a rose shape.
Place the rolled pastries on a baking tray and brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
