Ingredients

  • 4 sheets Phyllo Dough
  • 200 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Parsley chopped
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and brush again.
  4. Cut the layered phyllo into 4 strips. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of each strip and roll it up loosely to form a rose shape.
  5. Place the rolled pastries on a baking tray and brush with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
