  • 500 g watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

  1. 1. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the halloumi slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon cubes and chopped mint leaves.
