Harissa Hummus
A spicy twist on classic hummus with the addition of harissa.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Harissa
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 2-3 tablespoon Water as needed
- 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, harissa, salt, and cumin. 
- 2. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency. 
- 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. 
- 4. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or as a spread.
