Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Harissa
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 2-3 tablespoon Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, harissa, salt, and cumin.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. 4. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or as a spread.
