Main Ingredients
- 10 pieces Dried red chilies seeds removed
- 4 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1. Soak the dried chilies in hot water for 30 minutes, then drain. 
- 2. Toast the cumin, coriander, and caraway seeds in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant. 
- 3. Blend the soaked chilies, garlic, toasted seeds, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice until smooth. 
- 4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
