Main Ingredients
- 10 pieces Dried red chilies seeds removed
- 4 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice freshly squeezed
1. Soak the dried chilies in hot water for 30 minutes, then drain.
2. Toast the cumin, coriander, and caraway seeds in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
3. Blend the soaked chilies, garlic, toasted seeds, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice until smooth.
4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
