Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten with a rolling pin.
  5. Place the flattened dough on a baking sheet and bake at 450°F (230°C) for 5 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
