  • 1 kg Wild greens (dandelion, chicory, or a mix)
  • 60 ml Olive oil Extra virgin
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash the wild greens thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  2. 2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the greens to the boiling water and cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. Drain the greens in a colander and let them cool slightly.
  5. 5. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt to taste.
  6. 6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
