Ingredients 

Filling

  • 500 g Mixed greens (spinach, chard, etc.) chopped
  • 1 bunch Green onions chopped
  • 200 g Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 bunch Dill chopped
  • 1 bunch Parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Phyllo Dough

  • 1 package Phyllo dough thawed
  • 100 g Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped greens, green onions, feta, dill, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush again.
  4. Cut the phyllo into strips, place a spoonful of the greens mixture at one end, and fold into triangles.
  5. Place the triangles on a baking sheet and brush the tops with more melted butter.
  6. Bake for 30-45 minutes, until golden and crispy.
