Hummus Beiruti (with Parsley, Garlic, Chili)

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and chili flakes. 
- 2. Blend until smooth, adding olive oil gradually. 
- 3. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with pita bread or veggies.
