  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and chili flakes.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth, adding olive oil gradually.
  3. 3. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with pita bread or veggies.
